The dispersion of these texts in several different volumes complicates their analysis, a problem that is now overcome in \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis second and revised edition of the \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e forms an updated and expanded publication, as follows:\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II replaces preliminary editions of \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e I with fine-tuned, published editions.\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II presents improved or revised texts.\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II features texts not published in \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e I.\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II reassembles segmented texts.\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II deletes extremely fragmentary texts.\u003cbr\u003e\n- \u003ci\u003eDSSR\u003c\/i\u003e II updates names of compositions.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nThe \u003ci\u003eDead Sea Scrolls Reader\u003c\/i\u003e, Volumes 1–2, 2nd ed., rev. and exp. (ed. Donald W. Parry and Emanuel Tov in association with Geraldine I. Clements; Leiden: Brill, 2014) was published with an Index, but that Index did not contain any references to the page numbers.
