Shiu L. Kong is Professor Emeritus of Psychology of the University of Toronto, Canada. He previously taught at the Faculty of Education of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and was Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Lingnan College. He has been consultant of UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank, and the governments of Canada, PRC and South Korea. He has published extensively on psychology, education, and social development.
