Description
When the changes of menopause start happening, it seems that our ability to concentrate, complete tasks, and remember simple, little, everyday things (like our own names) goes out the window.

It can feel like you're losing your mind (or at least your glasses)!

In Think Again!, Jeanne Andrus tackles "brain fog" – a term she uses for the symptoms of menopause that affect the way you think. She covers why they happen, what they feel like, and how to tell when these might be symptoms of a more serious issue.

More importantly, she covers how you can cope with these changes in your daily life, including how you can optimize your approach to brain health to make sure you can "think again" for the rest of your life.

Author Bio
Jeanne Andrus has a passion for helping other women come through their menopausal journeys with renewed health, and an excitement for life that they may have thought was gone forever. At the age of 48, after years of neglecting herself while pursuing motherhood and a corporate career, Jeanne committed to health and self-fulfillment in the wake of her divorce. Her new-found love for fitness and health helped her lose 80 pounds, renew her passion for outdoor adventure, and create the life of her dreams.

Her dream included creating a business as a certified personal trainer and health coach (certified by the American Council on Exercise). Coaching women for fitness and weight loss led Jeanne to realize how pervasive the changes of perimenopause and menopause are and led her to create a holistic coaching approach to midlife and weight loss that she calls Menopause Mastery Coaching.

Recently, she has incorporated her reiki practice into her coaching, offering healing sessions that examine the underlying emotional and physical issues influencing the symptoms women experience during perimenopause and menopause.

When she’s not coaching her worldwide clients from her home in the Greater New Orleans area, she’s off adventuring – doing anything from visiting her grandson and skiing in New England to scuba diving in Belize.
