IndiePubs Summer Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void wherever prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

By entering, you accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

Ingram Publisher Services LLC, d/b/a IndiePubs, 1400 Broadway, Suite 3200, New York, NY 10018 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Promotion may be directed to indiepubs@ingramcontent.com.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of 18 as of July 9, 2026.

Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, the publishers whose titles appear in the prize bundles, and any advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies involved in this Promotion — along with the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and household members of any of the foregoing, whether related or not.

All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit [LANDING PAGE URL], choose one of the two prize bundles, and complete and submit the entry form in full. All fields marked required must be completed for an entry to be valid.

Entry requires submitting an email address and subscribing to the IndiePubs email newsletter. See Section 10.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Entering under multiple email addresses, or using any automated system, script, bot, or other device to enter, will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, corrupted, or not received for any reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded — one (1) of each bundle below.

Approximate retail value (ARV): Classic Bag $145.91; Mystery Bag $147.91; total ARV of all prizes $293.82. (Each figure excludes the IndiePubs bookmark and sticker, to be added.)

Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will be shipped to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia only. Any costs not expressly described above, and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about five (5) business days after the Promotion End Date, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner for each bundle in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that bundle. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each bundle.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, on or about ten (10) business days after the Promotion End Date. A potential winner must respond and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be reached within that period, declines the prize, fails to return requested documentation, is found ineligible, or if a prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited with no compensation, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with announcing the results of the Promotion, without further compensation or notice.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, the publishers whose titles appear in the prize bundles, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and promotional partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claim, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Privacy and Newsletter Subscription

By entering, you are subscribing to the IndiePubs email newsletter. You will receive emails about books, authors, promotions, and future giveaways. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Subscribing or unsubscribing has no effect whatsoever on your chances of winning.

Personal information collected through the entry form will be handled in accordance with the Ingram Content Group privacy policy, available at https://www.ingramcontent.com/page/privacy-policy. By entering, you confirm that you have read and accept that policy.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided; Sponsor may require proof of authorized account holder status.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including hardware, software, network, or transmission failures, or for any injury or damage to any person's device resulting from participation in the Promotion.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts its administration, security, or fairness, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and to award the prizes in a random drawing from among the eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within six (6) weeks after the Promotion End Date to: Ingram Publisher Services LLC, 1400 Broadway, Suite 3200, New York, NY 10018, Attn: IndiePubs Summer Giveaway Winners List. Or email indiepubs@ingramcontent.com.
