Sofía has finally turned eighteen and believes she understands what others expect from her. After surviving the strict rules that the French School imposed on well-bred young women and discovering that even they could break free, she is convinced that she now has control of her life.

However, a job at the Uruguayan Embassy, a handsome boss, passionate suitors, and an unexpected stay in Paris in 1966, when the winds of change that would give a voice to young people and women during the French May movement were already beginning to blow, will transform her life completely.
