Achieve Your Goals in 66 Days
“As a professional athlete, I know the power of a well-planned routine, but what I love about the 66 Day Journal is the combination of success and fulfilment.” —Flavio Simonetti, professional athlete and Founder/CEO “Coach Carter App”
This daily guided journal by cutting-edge speaker and bestselling author Matthew Mockridge serves as a “training partner” to help you create and firmly integrate healthy habits and routines into your everyday life.
Create new habits―and stick with them. Routines can be hard to establish. Often, our goals require us to make difficult changes in our daily lives. But, we can make those changes and commit to a consistent routine. As readers of the 66 Day Journal will learn, it is through maintaining regular healthy habits that true passion for a healthy lifestyle emerges.
Ask quality questions, have a quality life. If we aren’t asking ourselves the important questions―“What am I proud of? What could I have done better?”―then maintaining healthy habits is harder than ever. This guided journal walks us through the difficult questions we should be asking ourselves every day. The carefully constructed questions combine mindfulness, positive psychology, and proven strategies for increased productivity to help you stay on track.
Dive into Matthew Mockridge’s 66 Day Journal and learn how to:
- Simplify overwhelming “marathon” goals into 66 achievable mini goals
- Set a goal using the SMART theory (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound)
- Visualize where you want to be and work to get there
If you’ve enjoyed titles such as Getting to Good, 90 Day Cycle to New Habits Journal, or Hello New Me, then you’ll love Matthew Mockridge’s 66 Day Journal: A Guided Journal for Creating New Habits.

7 Entrepreneurial Leadership Workouts
Regular price $25.00 Save $-25.00For every Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google, there are literally thousands of small start-ups trying to ‘scale up’ to become the next Slack, Zoom or Uber. Less than 1% of these start-ups will be able to scale up. For the would-be entrepreneurial leader, for employees working in a start-up, for a potential investor, how to tell if the business-in-the-back-bedroom will ever see its name in lights? Does the entrepreneurial team in question have the muscle-power to succeed? Of the huge array of start-ups founded each year, how do investors increase their chances of backing the one in a thousand that will become a scaled-up company? How can an investor talent-spot entrepreneurial muscle-power? How does the typical entrepreneurial leader, the employee joining the start-up and the investor in the start-up increase the chances of their start-up making it to the 1% club? And there is considerable interest in contemporary entrepreneurial leadership practice. Many would-be founders have a view to setting-up new business ventures, spurred on by opportunities presented by the changing world (and often with your newly minted MBA degree). How can new entrepreneurial leaders convince others (and maybe starting with themselves and their family members) that they can survive and thrive in a competitive world? With the muscle to make it happen?
It all depends on whether or not they have this very specific Entrepreneurial Leadership Muscle – or if they can see it in others. As entrepreneurs, how can they identify, develop, build and use this necessary muscle to make things happen in a sustainable way? As investors, what are the readable signs of muscle-power and the willingness to develop that muscle power amongst the entrepreneurial leaders passing the radar screens? How can they screen-in and screen-out?
In the high-technology sector alone, recently established high-growth organizations are bringing new and innovative products to market at an extremely rapid pace. A commonality among these companies is, firstly, their relatively short organizational life span to-date (they are often only now about 10-15 years old) and secondly, the speed in which they have grown into multi-billion-dollar organizations. Here we are talking about the few that have made it – and how, and why. What do they have that the others don’t? How can entrepreneurs looking to stand out in this crowded and fast-paced field work to ensure survival and sustainability and growth? And attract investors with many options but funds only for a few? Again, it all depends on whether that Entrepreneurial Leadership Muscle is there and the leaders and teams can show it.

7 Ways to Lead
Regular price $17.95 Save $-17.95The number one complaint from many companies is, “Our leaders don’t know how to lead!”. Why would they? Most people are promoted because they did one thing really well or outlasted their “addicted to average” co-workers/teammates not because they knew how to lead. Andre Young’s favorite example is, “You sold a million dollars worth of product… You are now the Sales Manager”. They haven’t proved they can manage or lead anyone; they’ve only proven they can sell a million dollars worth of product… their way.
Work/Life Harmony is more important now than it’s ever been. The notion of leaving home at the door before entering work and leaving work at the door when entering home is obsolete. The fact that cell phones are always accessible means significant others, relationships, and outside life now enter work with every employee… ALL DAY. So, when things are bad intimately, parentally, and socially it shows up at work with employees trying to do their job in between responding to ten pages of “Hate Texts”. In contrast, when that same employee returns home, their phone may continue to ring, ding, or chime with work emails, work texts, etc. If they respond, they’ve effectively communicated it’s okay to invade their time. If they don’t, it doesn’t erase the anxiety of not responding or knowing a pile of work is building up. There may not be a true balance between both realms, but 7 Ways to Lead helps leaders find and create harmony between the two.

72 in His Name
Regular price $119.00 Save $-119.00Leading figures at the dawn of the sixteenth-century Reformation commonly faced the charge of “judaizing”: 72 In His Name concerns the changing views of four such men starting with their kabbalistic treatment of the 72 divine names of angels.
Johann Reuchlin, the first of the four men featured in this book, survived the charge; Martin Luther’s increasingly anti-semitic stance is contrasted with the opposite movement of the French Franciscan Jean Thenaud whose kabbalistic manuscripts were devoted to Francis I; Philipp Wolff, the fourth, had been born into a Jewish family but his recorded views were decidedly anti-semitic.
72 In His Name also includes evidence that kabbalistic beliefs and practices, such as the service for exorcism recorded by Thenaud, were unwittingly recorded by Christians. Although the book concerns early modern Europe, the religious interactions, the shifting spiritual attitudes, and the shadows cast linger on.

75 Years of Atlantic Records
Regular price $200.00 Save $-200.00In 1947, when Ahmet Ertegun and two fellow music fans started Atlantic Records in New York City, they never could have known that their passion for discovering artists and making records would shape 75 years of popular culture. The reason for such tremendous global success is simple: Atlantic is a groundbreaking industry model that embraced and championed a wide range of genres: Black music like R&B, soul, jazz, and hip-hop, as well as rock, pop, dance, and more.
75 Years of Atlantic Records is the official and definitive photographic history of this legendary record label; four years in the making, and featuring images from Atlantic’s extensive archives, many of them published here for the first time. Check out soul pioneers like Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles; jazz innovators like John Coltrane and Charles Mingus; era-defining pop acts like the Bee Gees and ABBA; rock legends like Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones; trailblazing singers like Roberta Flack, and Stevie Nicks, and today’s stars like Ed Sheeran and Charli xcx. Presented in formal portraits, live performance shots, decisive moments in the studio, and intimate glimpses behind the scenes are captured by some of the world’s greatest photographers, including Annie Leibovitz, Jim Marshall, Lee Friedlander, Walter Iooss Jr., Anton Corbijn, Chuck Stewart, Albert Watson and David LaChapelle.
Fascinating captions by Richie Unterberger and Herb Powell provide context while award-winning writers David Ritz, Ben Ratliff, Elizabeth Nelson, Barney Hoskyns and others examine the label’s various genres, alongside a timeline and profiles of the label’s pioneers. A foreword by Bruno Mars declares that Atlantic revolutionized how records were made and heard. Now this story has been fully and beautifully documented—a must-have for music lovers.

Through pop, rock, country, classical, soul, and jazz, the photographic and musical history includes the label’s most sucessful, cool, hip, and creative stars, as well as the one-hit wonders who had their all-too-brief moments in the spotlight.

8 to Great, revised!
Positive attitude for positive changes: This groundbreaking and practical book offers a simple, yet powerful, 8-step process for taking charge of your life and achieving your dreams, using author MK Mueller's unique formula for "positive attitude". Positive attitude is everything for achieving greater happiness, health and success, yet no one, until now, has given the world a formula that is simple enough to remember and use on a daily basis.
Mueller's "FGH" formula: FGH ─ Forgiveness of the past, Gratitude for the present and Hope for the future. In 8 to Great you will learn how Mueller's five "High-Ways" address the most common stumbling blocks to using FGH:
- High-Way 1: Get the Picture. It reminds us how to clearly see our dreams happening and "think it till we feel it."
- High-Way 2: Risk. Once the picture is clear, we must "run to, not from" and face our fears in order to move forward.
- High-Way 3: Full Responsibility. Rather than a burden, this is the key to freedom as we discover that we are the only problem we have and therefore, we are the solution.
- High-Way 4: Feel All Your Feelings. For those suffering with depression or rage, this chapter unfolds amazing insights into how Mad and Sad balance each other.
- High-Way 5: Honest Communication. When you're ready to stop getting defensive in arguments and be done with triangulation in the workplace, Mueller shows the way with down-to-earth examples of her clients' success stories.
New level of self-esteem and well-being: In 8 to Great you will learn how the High-Ways provide a step-by-step process that helps you find greater happiness and success. The fact that Mueller has also created a widely-used curriculum for high schools based on her concepts is testimony to the fact that her methods are simple without being sugar-coated, and powerful without being pompous. 8 to Great will take you from wherever you are in life and provide a springboard into a new level of well-being and joy. Whether for yourself or someone you love, 8 to Great is an investment that is sure to bless and bliss your world.

Reach Your Ideal Body Weight and Stay There
“Her powerful 8-step process offers a path for readers to not only release weight, but to follow their passion and discover their personal greatness.” —Dr. Francois Sauer, MD, author of Relearn, Evolve and Adapt
Heal the root cause of overeating and reshape your body, restore your energy, and reboot your life. The 8 to Your IdealWeight diet-free program is a tried-and-true sugar-free diet, based on an eight-step program that helps you reach your ideal body weight goal—and, most importantly, stay there.
Why do most diets fail? Because mental preparation is the most important first step—and most diets neglect this essential mind-body aspect. Because of this, MK Mueller’s journey to her ideal weight was forty years in the making with a trail of unsuccessful attempts in her wake.
The mind body connection. MK Mueller is a former binge eater and domestic violence survivor who at the age of 34 put together a program for her own recovery and began a support group in her home called “Taking Care of Me.” Almost overnight the group outgrew her living room, and she became an international trainer and TEDx speaker, working with schools, health care organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.
Find your ideal body weight and stay there. With her encouragement and gentle guidance, you can let go of the burden of living life as a weight number and reclaim your self-esteem and personal power. Her program is not about losing weight but “releasing” pounds that no longer serve you, that hold you back and drag you down, make you feel bad about yourself and leave you vulnerable to health risks. Adjust your attitude first, then adjust the way you eat.
Also read MJ Mueller's award-winning Taking Care of Me: The Habits of Happiness, and 8 to Great: The Powerful Process for Positive Change, which are the foundation for the acclaimed 8 to Great curriculum for schools as well as the life-changing 8 to Your IdealWeight program.

Blending crime fiction, fantasy, and mystery, Leblanc crafts original and entertaining tales of adventure starring one of the greatest literary characters of all time—Arsène Lupin, gentleman thief. Partly based on the life of French anarchist Marius Jacob, Lupin first appeared in print in 1905 as an answer to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes.
Arsène Lupin is the world’s greatest thief, an unmatched force for good whose exploits threaten the wealth and standing of France’s most wicked men. In this installment of Leblanc’s beloved series, Lupin uses his remarkable wit and chameleon-like ability to move undetected through aristocratic society in order to steal, trick, and cheat his way through life. Despite his criminal nature, he operates under a strict moral code, only taking from those who have taken from the poor all their lives. In this novel, Lupin targets Mr. Kesselbach, a man known as the King of Diamonds whose immense fortune surpasses twenty-million-pound sterling. Finding him at the extravagant Palace Hotel, Lupin executes his plan brilliantly—but when Kesselbach is found murdered, the thief is implicated in the crime. Sent to prison, he is forced to cooperate with the police in order to catch the killer and clear his own name. The ensuing mystery involves some of Europe’s most powerful leaders, both past and present. 813 is a story of romance, mystery, and crime that continues to astound over a century after it was published.
