Elena Cima, Ph.D, IHEID, is a Lecturer in International Energy Law at the University of Geneva. She has co-edited the book China’s Influence on Non-Trade Concerns in International Economic Law (2016) and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
Makane Moïse Mbengue, Ph.D, University of Geneva, is a Professor of International Law at the same university.
