Françoise Mirguet is an Associate Professor of Ancient Hebrew and the History of Emotions at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on emotions in early Jewish literature, in Hebrew and in Greek, with a current research project on touch. She has held fellowships at the Harvard Center of Jewish Studies, the Katz Center for Advanced Judaic Studies, and the Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies.
