A military romantic comedy following a Navy SEAL team, their formidable wives and a retired K-9 as they hunt for a stolen litter of future working dogs. Action-meets-romance built on found-family banter, canine heroes, covert operations and a betrayal from within the brotherhood.
When a litter of future military working dogs is stolen, a Navy SEAL team must hunt down one of their own.
Navy SEAL Mike Saunders needs a new military working dog now that his loyal K-9 partner, Axe, has retired. When Axe and Saber produce a litter of extraordinary puppies, Mike hopes one of them will continue his legacy. But before their training can begin, the puppies are stolen.
The man responsible is a former SEAL who has broken his oath, betrayed the brotherhood and sold his skills for profit. He knows how the team operates, and when the SEALs’ search leads nowhere, their wives step in to uncover what the men have missed. Now Axe must return to action and help bring the puppies home.

Praise for the SEAL series:
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An exciting plot, engaging characters, a dog hero and a combination of action, romance, drama and comedy kept me reading late into the night.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the team and their friendship. Axe was the glue that held them together.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pages almost turn themselves.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steely, goofy, tense and hilarious. I never knew what would happen next.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His writing reminds me so very much of John Grisham.
Jack Silkstone grew up on a steady diet of Tom Clancy, James Bond, Jason Bourne, Commando comics, and the original first-person shooters, Wolfenstein and Doom. His background includes a career in military intelligence and special operations, working alongside some of the world's most elite units. His love of action-adventure stories, his military background, and his real-world experiences combined to inspire the no-holds-barred PRIMAL series. PRIMAL is a team of elite operatives, hell bent on fighting for the downtrodden and oppressed. A renegade agency waging a secret war against the untouchables; powerful criminals, greed driven corporations, and twisted politicians. With cutting-edge technology and tactics they strike across the globe with impunity, stepping in where governments fail.
