Stavroula Kaldi, Ph.D., is a full professor in Pedagogy and Teaching Methodology at the University of Thessaly, Greece. Her research focuses on student-centred approaches to teaching and learning, interdisciplinary lifelong learning skills, inclusion and professional development of teachers (pre-service and in-service). She has participated in various research projects funded by the European Commission and the University of Thessaly and she has collaborated with scholars from universities worldwide.
Angeliki Lazaridou, Ph.D., is a full professor in the Department of Primary Education at the University of Thessaly. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in educational leadership and administration. She holds a degree in Pedagogy and a diploma in Special Education from the University of Athens, as well as a MA in Special Education–Early Intervention and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of Alberta, Canada. Her research focuses on school leadership, organizational behaviour, and the administration of educational institutions.
George Fragoulis is Assistant Professor of Social Pedagogy at the Department of Primary Education, University of Thessaly. He holds a Ph.D. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has taught at several Greek universities and the Hellenic Open University. His research focuses on the social and pedagogical role of teachers, parental involvement, school–family–community relations, intercultural education, educational inequalities, and social justice.
Despoina Styla is Laboratory Teaching Staff in School Practice at the Department of Primary Education, University of Thessaly. She holds a Ph.D. in Teaching Methodology and has completed postdoctoral research in Social Pedagogy at the same institution. Her research focuses on teaching methodology, project-based learning, and distance education.
