You don't have to lean in or leave.
Progress for women in leadership has stalled, and even in some cases reversed. Too often the choice for high-achieving women feels brutal: burn out, or lose the career you worked so hard to build.
Written by a clinical and consulting psychologist, Enough of Never Enough identifies the hidden patterns that makes capable, driven women override their instincts, double down, and all too often burn out.
Part guide, part interactive workbook, this practical book goes beneath symptoms with labels such as ‘imposter syndrome’, ‘time management’ and ‘perfectionism’ to identify the root causes that underpin them and the habits that perpetuate them.
- Identify ten harmful habits, from people-pleasing and over-functioning to self-silencing;
- Honest assessment of systemic and individual factors to help you separate what’s yours to fix, and what’s not;
- Move from relentless overachievement to Exponential Impact – ambition aligned with your values, health and goals.
Centered on women’s experiences and vital for expert-driven leaders, coaches, HR professionals and allies, this is a route out of the either/or trap and toward sustainable leadership on your own terms.
