A distinctively modern problem, the relation of revelation and reason remains a crucial topic for theology today. Yet, in the Christian tradition as in contemporary discourse, multiple models of distinguishing and relating the two persist. This study examines the dogmatic insights of Herman Bavinck (1854–1921) for contemporary discourse on natural theology.
