Maja Ardal has been working in theatre for forty-five years. She is a director, playwright, actor, and theatre trainer. Some of her plays include Midnight Sun, You Fancy Yourself (winner of the Dora Award for Outstanding Performance), and the sequel The Cure for Everything (nominated for a Dora Award for Outstanding New Play). Maja was the artistic director of Young People’s Theatre from 1990-1998, and played Mrs. Potts on Road to Avonlea. She lives in Toronto.
