Jefferson Santos grew up in Richardson, Texas, with his mom and siblings. He attended and played football at the U.S. Naval Academy and Texas Christian University. Despite possessing great entrepreneurial ambition for a new start-up business, by the age of 20 life had him in a choke hold. His bank account was in the red at -$1,100 and his debt load of $70,000 told a similar tale. Jefferson decided he needed a change. With a newfound commitment, he turned that decision into a reality by discovering the Higher Life Design. Over time, this process helped him earn several million dollars and build a team of more than 100,000 leaders in over 30 countries. He’s since travelled the world and taken 107 vacations in 84 months. He’s trained teams from New York to Singapore, Amsterdam to Zimbabwe, and everywhere else in between. An energetic and inspirational speaker, he’s been blessed to share the stage with some of the biggest names in his industry--Dani Johnson, Brendon Burchard, Marcia Wieder, Cynthia Kersey, Loral Langemeier, Les Brown and Peter Diamandis. Most importantly, Jefferson has been able to build schools in Guatemala and other regions in desperate need of resources. Through “VolunTourism” he’s invested his time, talent, and treasures to those who need a hand up, not a hand out. Jefferson shares the Higher Life Design with people who want to arrive at their intended destination healthy, wealthy, and happy. He and his wife, Megan, live in Texas with their two sons, Harrison and Livingston.
