Luong Thi Phuong Nhi, Ph.D., is an educator, researcher, and academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education and English language teaching (ELT). She serves as Vice President of Van Lang University and Director of Van Lang Language Institute, Vietnam. She holds a Master of TESOL from the University of Melbourne, a Master of International Business from La Trobe University, and a Ph.D. in Education from Federation University Australia. Her research interests include international education, internationalisation of higher education, transnational education, teacher education, professional development, and technology application in ELT and higher education.
