This book questions the centrality of transatlantic world models and invites to shift the focus to transpacific relations. It centers four contemporary writers – Selfa Chew, 雷競璇/Louie Kin-sheun, Anna Kazumi Stahl and Julia Wong Kcomt –, who are descendants of transpacific migrants and articulate in their writing practices of collective memory and multilingual narration about plural heritages and cultural transfers.
