Oswald Jansen, Ph.D. (University of Amsterdam) is partner at Libertas Advocates in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and professor of Administrative Law at Balikesir University, Türkiye, specialised in Global, European and Comparative Administrative Law, former professor of European Administrative Law and Public Administration at Maastricht University and former adjunct-professor at American University Washington College of Law, Washington D.C., USA. He has published many books and articles on comparative administrative law, European administrative law, global administrative law, administrative sanctions and law enforcement.
Bernd van der Meulen, Ph.D. is professor of EU Food Law at the University of Copenhagen and professor of Comparative Food Law at Renmin University of China School of Law. He is an independent food legal consultant and director of the European Institute for Food Law and President & co-founder of the Dutch Food Law Association (NVLR) and Director of European Institute for Food Law.
