He has published many books and articles on comparative administrative law, European administrative law, global administrative law, administrative sanctions and law enforcement.
Bernd van der Meulen, Ph.D. is professor of EU Food Law at the University of Copenhagen and professor of Comparative Food Law at Renmin University of China School of Law. He is an independent food legal consultant and director of the European Institute for Food Law and President & co-founder of the Dutch Food Law Association (NVLR) and Director of European Institute for Food Law.
