Rebecca Page‑Tickell is Associate Professor at De Montfort University Dubai. Her professional background spans leadership, human resource development, and organisational governance, with particular expertise in trauma‑informed practices and restorative approaches in the workplace. Alongside her academic role, she works as a mediator, supporting individuals and organisations to navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and establish fair, constructive working relationships.
