Das iCP, Institute für Cultural Policy, wurde 2004 in Hamburg mit der Intention gegründet, Plattform für neue Formen der Architektur zu sein und Beiträge zur Fachdebatte mit Ausstellungen, Vorträgen und Publikationen zu leisten.
