Nicolai von Eggers, Ph.D. (2016), is Associate Professor at Aarhus University at the Departments of History and the History of Ideas. He has published extensively on the history of republicanism and republican thought.
Alessandro Mulieri, Ph.D. (2014), is Research Director at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and affiliated with Triangle - Action, Discours, Pensée Politique et Économique in Lyon, France. He teaches political theory and the history of political thought at Université Paris Cité and Sciences Po Paris. His monograph Machiavelli, Aristotle and Popular Republicanism was published in 2026 by Bloomsbury.
