Howard Yu is the LEGO Professor of Management and Innovation at IMD, where he leads its Future Readiness Center. Yu's expertise is in guiding global companies through strategic reinvention. Clients include ABB, Booking.com, Bosch, LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Electrolux, Heineken, Maersk, and many others.
