Michael Credico is the author of Heartland Calamitous (Autumn House Press, 2020), which was longlisted for the 2021 PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize for Debut Short Story Collection and the 2020/2021 Story Prize. His writing has appeared in Denver Quarterly, Black Warrior Review, DIAGRAM, Quarterly West, and others. He has been awarded multiple Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Awards and is an editor at the Cleveland Review of Books. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio.
