As a SME leader, there is a constant pressure to grow the business, but most of the time, it can feel like running to stand still. Feeling reactive and time pressured seem to be part of daily life. Unchecked this can lead to burnout which is an all-time high and still on the rise.

In The Burnout Cure, Alison Miles presents an innovative ‘4 Pillars’ model, which allows leaders to take control of their criteria for success, developing their businesses organically and sustainably, based on the understanding of personal needs, care and collaboration. Using case studies and real-life stories, she demonstrates how alternative strategies can work and gives SME leaders the confidence to allow their businesses to grow and thrive and be happier and healthier in doing so.
