Paul Campbell is Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at The University of Hong Kong, and President-Elect of the International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI).
Stephen MacGregor is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Governance at the University of Calgary’s Werklund School of Education, Canada.
