Dr. Arti Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana, India, with over a decade of teaching and research experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. A UGC NET and JRF qualifier with a Ph.D. from IIIT Allahabad, she has previously taught at NIT Delhi and served as a Research Associate at IIM Lucknow, and has been shaping undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students since 2009. Her research has been published in SSCI, Scopus, and ABDC-listed journals, and presented at several nationally and internationally reputed conferences. Beyond the classroom, she trains students in campus-to-corporate readiness, interview skills, and soft skills, and provides HR consultancy to corporates and startups. She is also a recognized HR thought leader, regularly sharing insights on workplace trends and leadership.

He has published around 20 research papers in ABDC/ SCOPUS and Web of Science journals apart from presenting his research at reputed conferences like IEEE IEEM Singapore, Pan IIM and Pan IIT etc. His teaching and research areas include Human Resource Management, Organizational behaviour, Crowdshipping etc.
Dr. Manoj Kumar is serving as an Assistant Professor at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Delhi Technological University, Delhi. With over 16 years of academic experience, Dr. Kumar has published approx 67 research papers in reputed international journals.
