AI and the metaverse have a wide range of effects on workplace spirituality and happiness programmes. First off, when people work in settings that value their well-being, they feel appreciated and supported, which improves employee happiness. Organisations must establish meaningful interactions and collaboration among employees, regardless of their physical location, by leveraging AI-powered tools and immersive metaverse platforms. With contributions from a number of leading international academics and practitioners, this book aims to develop organisations to increase productivity and engagement by streamlining workflows and leveraging AI to automate mundane tasks, freeing up employees to focus on more meaningful work. The value of cultivating workplace spirituality which will enhance brand reputation improves brand reputation by establishing companies as top employers who are dedicated to employee well-being and creative technology integration. Dr. Arti Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana, India, with over a decade of teaching and research experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. A UGC NET and JRF qualifier with a Ph.D. from IIIT Allahabad, she has previously taught at NIT Delhi and served as a Research Associate at IIM Lucknow, and has been shaping undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students since 2009. Her research has been published in SSCI, Scopus, and ABDC-listed journals, and presented at several nationally and internationally reputed conferences. Beyond the classroom, she trains students in campus-to-corporate readiness, interview skills, and soft skills, and provides HR consultancy to corporates and startups. She is also a recognized HR thought leader, regularly sharing insights on workplace trends and leadership.
Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as an Adjunct Faculty in Rockford College Sydney, Australia. With a rich experience of 18 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. He has authored & edited 60 books with renowned national & international publishers including Springer Nature, IGI Global USA, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Emerald Publishing etc. In addition, Dr. Rohit has published more than 200 research papers and chapters in journals of repute including Scopus indexed as well as edited books. Dr. Rohit has acted as Session Chair and speaker in many international conferences. He has been awarded many times for contribution to academics and research.
Dr. Bhartrihari Pandiya is working as an Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies, National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He earned his doctoral degree from IIIT Allahabad in the area of Employer Branding and completed his MBA from NIT Silchar. He has published around 20 research papers in ABDC/ SCOPUS and Web of Science journals apart from presenting his research at reputed conferences like IEEE IEEM Singapore, Pan IIM and Pan IIT etc. His teaching and research areas include Human Resource Management, Organizational behaviour, Crowdshipping etc.
Dr. Manoj Kumar is serving as an Assistant Professor at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Delhi Technological University, Delhi. With over 16 years of academic experience, Dr. Kumar has published approx 67 research papers in reputed international journals. He is a Senior Member of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE). He also serves on the Editorial Review Board of the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma. In addition, he acts as a reviewer for various reputed journals in the fields of engineering and management.
