Abdelaziz Megzari is a former staff member of the U.N. Secretariat (1967-2004). He received his degree from the Sorbonne in 1966. He has acted as the head of division in UNCTAD and as Associate Professor at Grenoble University. His published works includes articles and chapters in collective books, including Effective Negotiation (Brill, 1989).
