Arnold Huijgen, Ph.D. (2011), Theological University Apeldoorn, is Professor of Systematic Theology at the Protestant Theological University in Utrecht. He specializes in Reformed theology, hermeneutics, and the doctrine of the Trinity. He has written books on hermeneutics and on the person of Mary.

He has written his dissertation on the concept of God’s vengeance in the New Testament. His research concentrates on the image of God in the New Testament and the theological interpretation of the New Testament.
