The Vegan Love Story comes from two families sharing their expertise and passion for vegetarian and vegan cuisine: the Hiltl family, founders, in 1898,of the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world in Zurich , and the Frei brothers of tibits, the award-winning restaurant chain in London, Switzerland and Germany.

This successful partnership presents eighty recipes with influences from all over the world, beautiful photography and information about some of the key ingredients in vegan cooking.
