Rooted in the timeless principles of Vitruvius – Firmitas (Strength), Utilitas (Relevance) and Venustas (Beauty) – Vitruvian Woman invites you to master the art of image literacy: the ability to feel, shape and project your presence with purpose. Through compelling personal stories and practical tools, it reimagines executive presence as a strategic leadership asset, empowering women to lead with clarity, confidence and authenticity in a world that often overlooks quiet power.

Combining classical wisdom with modern leadership insight, Vitruvian Woman introduces a fresh framework for developing executive presence from the inside out. Daniela Florea blends Vitruvian design ideals with contemporary research and real-life case studies to help you align who you are with how you are seen. It’s not a ‘dress for success’ manual: it’s a principle-driven, values-based approach for women to stand out.

Discover how to build a strong core of self-awareness (Strength), stay relevant and visible in today’s hybrid, fast-changing workplace (Relevance), and express your personal style and story with impact (Beauty). Timely and empowering, Vitruvian Woman equips women at all career stages with a practical roadmap to cultivate a credible, enduring presence—so they can step forward, be heard, and lead as themselves.
